Front of House Team Member

Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Front of House Team Member to join our team at Seven Circles Cafe. This role involves providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders accurately using our POS system Serve coffee, food, and other menu items promptly and professionally Handle cash transactions and process payments Maintain cleanliness of dining area, tables, and front counter Assist with food preparation and barista duties as needed Answer customer questions about menu items and cafe offerings Support opening and closing procedures Work collaboratively with kitchen and management staff

Requirements:

Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends Basic math skills for handling transactions Food safety knowledge or willingness to obtain certification Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

Schedule:

Part-time and full-time positions available with morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts.
