Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Process payments efficiently while ensuring accuracy in billing. Participate in catering events as required, showcasing versatility in service styles.

Skills

Proven experience in serving within a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
