Role Overview

We're looking for a confident, organised, and creative individual to join our team as

Front of House, Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager

. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives both in-person and online -- providing exceptional customer service at our venue while leading our digital presence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Front of House

Greet and assist parents, children, and visitors in a friendly, professional manner. Handle daily enquiries via phone, email, and in-person. Manage class registers, attendance, and bookings using our internal system. Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area. Support coaches and management with administrative tasks.
Digital Marketing & Social Media

Develop and manage the content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Create engaging posts, stories, and reels aligned with our brand values. Respond to DMs, comments, and online enquiries in a timely and friendly tone. Promote upcoming events, classes, and initiatives through digital channels. Collaborate with the team to create and schedule newsletters. Track engagement and analytics to improve performance and reach.

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience managing social media platforms and basic content creation. Confidence using Canva or similar design tools. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. A friendly, welcoming presence with a passion for working with children and families. Experience in customer service, admin, or a reception/front desk role is a bonus.

Desirable (but not essential)

Background in Social Media, Marketing or Front of House Basic photography or videography skills. Familiarity with scheduling tools like Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
