Formerly a well-known venue, The Salterns is reopening under new ownership and vibrant management, bringing new energy, fresh ideas, and a commitment to great food, great drinks, and great times. Think laid-back lunches, buzzing weekend brunches, and lively evenings by the water.

We're building a passionate, professional and friendly team who can help us deliver amazing experiences to every guest - and we're looking for front of house staff, and supervisors, who are ready to be part of something exciting right from the start.

What You'll Be Doing

Front of House / Waiting Duties:

Greet and engage guests with warmth and confidence Take food and drink orders quickly and accurately Deliver meals and drinks with style and care Upsell specials, deals, and events Keep your section clean and organised Make every guest feel welcome, relaxed, and well looked after

Bar Duties:

Serve cask ales, draught beers, spirits, wines, and cocktails Operate tills and handle payments Keep the bar stocked and organised Maintain excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards Work closely with your team to keep service smooth and upbeat

The Role:

Full-time and Part-time, permanent positions Shifts vary week to week - weekend availability is essential Based at our beautifully relaunched harbourside venue on the Isle of Wight Work with a passionate, hands-on management team
