What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be the heartbeat of our practice - ensuring every patient who walks through our doors feels seen, heard, and cared for. Your daily mission:

Greet and guide patients with warmth and professionalism Build lasting relationships with patients and their families Manage dentist diaries like a pro Confidently handle calls, payments, and daily admin Keep the front desk pristine and welcoming Support the clinical team with top-tier communication Encourage glowing patient reviews Follow up on appointments and treatment plans

What We're Looking For:

A friendly, calm and confident communicator Organised, reliable and calm under pressure Comfortable with Microsoft Office and dental software Previous experience in NHS dentistry (preferred, not essential)
