Job Description

As the first point of contact with our wonderful members you will be proud to be the face of the business. You will have experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably with a premium brand.
Attention to detail and organisation are key skills needed for this role, to create a seamless experience from the moment our members walk in the door, to the moment they leave.

Duties:
- Greet members and provide exceptional service
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately
- Assist with basic food preparation, such as making coffee and smoothies (training will be provided)
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of front end area
- Handle customer inquiries
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:
- Positive can-do attitude
- An interest in health and fitness
- Experience in either customer service or hospitality
- Ability to ensure confidentiality and discretion at all times including data protection and any personal information supplied by the customers
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is preferred, but not required

Nice to haves:
Experience working for a boutique or premium brand
An understanding of how a health club operates
Experience of upselling and cross-selling
