We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a warm welcome. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at creating a positive dining experience, from greeting customers to managing reservations and assisting with inquiries.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimise guest flow.
Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions.
Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and waiting areas.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Experience
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and colleagues alike.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is advantageous but not mandatory as training will be provided.
A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service is essential.
