Bosco opened 12 years ago in Bristol, and since then we have spread our love for all things Italian in Bristol, Cheltenham and Bath- and Cardiff is next!

We are looking for an experienced, fun, passionate and hard working front of house members to join our new opening.

What we do

We serve pizzas made in the traditional Neapolitan style, made with naturally leavened dough and cooked in a wood fired oven, using only the best Italian tomatoes, Fior di latte mozzarella and Italian flour, as well as a selection of Italian small plates, pasta & wood fired dishes. We provide informed, efficient but more importantly relaxed, personality driven service in with an emphasis on having fun and bringing personality to the restaurant floor.

What we need

We need experienced waiting staff, who are used to working in high volume restaurants as part of a large team. Above all we need people with big personalities who always deliver service with a smile, a passion for great food, great service & great wine and a love of the restaurant industry.

Pay

Pay 12.21 per hour

Service charge estimated at between 4 and 6 per hour
