We are seeking Someone who is friendly and welcoming to the Hawk and buckle team,

We are a family run buisness with attached bed and breakfast accomodation & restaurant on site.

We don't expect people to have a massive of experience which will be trained in house, all we ask is yoy have a welcoming personality to make our guests feel at home with us.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently Provide menu information and assist guests with their selections, including taking orders accurately. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and waiting areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and communication regarding orders. Assist with cash handling, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records of transactions. Uphold health and safety standards within the establishment at all times. Assist with room & restaurant cleaning Basic kitchen assistance.

Experience

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members alike. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs. A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service will set you apart as a candidate for this role. Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
