Front of House / Dental Receptionist - Aurora Dental Solihull

14 - 15 per hour + bonuses | Full-time | Solihull Town Centre

We're looking for a professional, confident and people-focused Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic -- someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment and loves making every patient feel valued.

What You'll Do :

Greet and look after patients in a warm, professional manner Manage calls, emails, and appointments using SFD software Coordinate treatment plans and follow-ups Support the clinical team with diary organisation and communication Maintain a calm, organised reception area and deliver five-star service Handle payments, invoices, and patient enquiries confidently

What We're Looking For:

Experience in front of house, customer service, or dental reception (SFD preferred) Excellent spoken and written communication Strong administration and organisational skills Professional, reliable, and well-presented A calm, positive team player with a genuine passion for patient care
