About you:
You are a passionate, people person who thrives as part of a team
You have good literacy and superb IT skills. You can work comfortably in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Google Suite
You understand the importance of excellent customer care and that a modern service-led dental practice will always go the extra mile
You have excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
You are proficient in computerised systems and have a keen eye for detail
You don't need to have previous healthcare experience, but a customer-facing role would be advantageous
Previous experience in an office or administrative role is advantageous
Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Maintain an organised front desk area
Assist with office tasks as needed
