We are seeking an exceptionally organised, polished, and personable Dental Front of House to join our high-end dental practice. This is a pivotal front-of-house role focused on delivering a seamless, five-star experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

About the Role

As the first point of contact, you will embody our commitment to calm professionalism and outstanding patient care. You'll ensure every visit runs smoothly--from the initial phone call to the moment the patient leaves--managing the flow of the day with precision and grace.

Our dedicated Treatment Coordinator oversees complex treatment discussions, allowing you to focus on delivering a consistently smooth, elegant, and welcoming front-desk experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a warm, professional welcome to every patient, ensuring they feel valued and cared for

Manage the appointment diary with exceptional attention to detail and time management

Handle phone and email communications with professionalism, discretion, and empathy

Process payments and assist with straightforward patient invoices

Maintain meticulous patient records and uphold strict confidentiality standards

Anticipate needs, resolve scheduling challenges, and ensure a seamless daily flow for the clinical team

Uphold the aesthetic and professional standards of the reception and patient lounge areas

About You

Impeccably presented and confident in a high-end, client-facing environment

Naturally helpful, with a calm and composed approach under pressure

Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills

A team player who collaborates effectively with clinicians and our Treatment Coordinator

Experienced in dental or medical reception (private healthcare experience highly regarded)

Proficient with practice management software and confident using modern communication tools

Hours:

Monday to Friday 8am-5.30pm

Salary:

Competitive, based on experience
