We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. The ideal candidates will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude.
Manage bookings and payments efficiently.
Address any guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, scan rooms and staff room.
Collaborate with sonographers to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

As a Front of House member of staff, you will have to act as a Chaperone during scans, for this reason you MUST be a female.
