for Front of House Staff
We are seeking outgoing, friendly, enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our friendly team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly disposition, a real interest in engaging with customers and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must be over 18 or over to apply for this role.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements. Provide menu information and answer any questions regarding food and beverage offerings. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and waiting areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns promptly. Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy while adhering to company policies. Assist in training new staff members as required, fostering a supportive team environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a customer service role or hospitality setting is advantageous but not essential. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and colleagues alike. A keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. A passion for delivering outstanding service and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
