We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our establishment, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a warm welcome. Your role will involve managing reservations, greeting patrons, and providing support to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions.
Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff in a timely manner.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and waiting areas.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
Assist with cash handling and processing payments as required.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
A team player who is adaptable and willing to assist colleagues when needed.
Knowledge of food safety regulations is an advantage but not mandatory.
