Asador 44 is a modern wood fire cooking restaurant in the heart of Cardiff, leading the way in hospitality it provides refined unpretentious service, quality ingredients cooked over open fire and most importantly a dedication to the team.
Our aim is simple - to take open fire cooking to the next level, provide our customer with the best dining experience and invest in our team.
Asador 44 is part of the 44 group which include Bar 44 Cardiff, Bar44 Penarth and Bar 44 Bristol. The group is going through a rapid expansion over the next few years so we're intent on training and developing our team.
The Job role
We're looking for experienced and knowledgeable front of house and bar staff to join our team who can display the following skills and qualities:
Experience within a fast-paced restaurant
A customer centric attitude
Can take ownership and work methodically
An ability to go above and beyond for the customer and colleagues
Show the ability to work under pressure
Have a great eye for detail
Have excellent organisational skills
Work well within a team
Have an interest in food and wine
Reliable with good timekeeping
Bar experience would be desirable
Clean working methods
Full time and part time positions available
