We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. The ideal candidates will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a welcoming and clean environment. This role is pivotal in creating a positive experience for our patrons, contributing to the overall success of our establishment.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations effectively.
Provide information about menu items, specials, and services offered.
Maintain cleanliness in the front of house area, including dining spaces and restrooms.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest inquiries regarding food preparation.
Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Support janitorial duties as needed to uphold hygiene standards throughout the establishment.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
Cooking skills are advantageous, enabling effective communication with kitchen staff regarding menu items.
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is beneficial for maintaining cleanliness standards.
