We're looking for a Front of House team member to be the face of the studio. The ideal candidate will bring positive energy, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service to every task & interaction. From greeting clients to prepping smoothies and supporting Recovery Room guests, you'll help make every visit seamless and special.
About the Role
As Front of House, you'll be the first and last impression for our members making them feel welcome, informed, and supported throughout their visit. You'll assist with everything from class check-ins and spa bookings to smoothie prep and retail, while ensuring the studio runs like clockwork.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and engage members with warmth and professionalism
Manage class and sauna bookings via our studio software
Assist with member enquiries, ensuring every client feels supported and informed
Handle customer transactions accurately & with discretion
Prepare basic refreshments including smoothies (training provided)
Maintain the studio's premium aesthetic and cleanliness, including FOH, reformer beds, spa areas, changing rooms, and communal spaces
Open and close the studio independently
Support Reformer Collective instructors with seamless check-ins & turnarounds between classes
Maintain stock levels of retail and smoothie ingredients
Embody the Reformer Collective brand and contribute to a welcoming, calm, and energised studio environment
What We're Looking For
A passion for health, fitness, and wellness
Previous customer service or hospitality experience (premium brand background is a bonus)
Friendly, confident, and professional communication style
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced studio setting
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Tech-savvy and confident using booking systems and POS software
Must be available for
weekend shifts
, with some early morning (06:00 starts) and evening (up to 22:00) shifts
Preferably hold a
valid First Aid certificate
Nice to Haves
Experience in boutique fitness, wellness, or spa environments
Knowledge of contrast therapy or Pilates is a plus
Experience with upselling or retail customer interactions
