Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key representative of our establishment, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service. Your role will be pivotal in creating a positive dining experience, contributing to the overall atmosphere and reputation of our venue.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanour. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimise guest flow. Provide menus, take orders, and assist with any inquiries regarding food and beverages. Ensure that tables are set up correctly and maintained throughout service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle payments and maintain accurate records of transactions. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Uphold cleanliness and organisation in the front of house area at all times.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently. A passion for providing outstanding customer service is essential. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business needs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
