Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized front end area, including checkout lanes and displays - Follow food safety guidelines when handling and preparing food items - Assist with food preparation and beverage service as needed - Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions using a POS system - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Skills: - Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred - Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is a plus - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in cash handling and order processing - Ability to work well as part of a team Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
