Front of House Lead / Supervisor | Notting Hill | 20-30 hours



We are looking for someone who can run the restaurant in the absence of senior management with confidence. Someone who can oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure staff provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean and compliant environment, and lead a smooth service. All whilst enhancing the guest's experience by bringing prior knowledge, personality and energy!

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure exceptional customer experience by: Creating personal connections with guests to make every customer feel cared for Address customer complaints and any issues promptly and professionally Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests Providing attentive, proactive service throughout their visit Driving 5-star customer service excellence through training and day-to-day line management
Team Leadership:

Leading by example for all FOH staff on service standards Supervise staff: Lead, motivate, and manage the team during shifts. Ensure staff adheres to company policies and provides excellent customer service Ensure team maintains product knowledge
Operations Management:

Ensure smooth restaurant operations by coordinating with kitchen staff and servers. Monitor and manage the flow of service. Track inventory levels during shifts, report shortages, and assist with reordering supplies Oversee table management, reservations & walk ins Support, and work with the kitchen team in coordination and timing to ensure a smooth service Assist in liaising with multiple service lines (cleaning, maintenance, catering) to ensure delivery of quality of service Ensure standards and compliance are continuous in the manager's absence (checks, cleaning, maintenance etc)
Required Qualities:

20-30 hours Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Proactive problem-solving approach
