We're opening a brand-new cocktail bar in the heart of Midsomer Norton -- and we're looking for passionate and friendly front of house staff to help us create an unforgettable guest experience from day one.

Whether you've got previous bar or hospitality experience, or you're just great with people and eager to learn, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver warm and professional service to all guests Take orders and serve drinks and food confidently and efficiently Learn our cocktail and small plates menu to assist guests with recommendations Maintain a clean, welcoming and well-presented bar and seating area Work closely with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service Handle customer payments and operate the till system Help with setting up, closing down, and general bar duties Support with stock rotation and restocking during shifts Assist with training new FOH team members as the venue grows
About You:

Outgoing, friendly, and confident with customers A genuine interest in hospitality, cocktails, and great service Experience in bar work, waiting, or customer service is a plus Organised, reliable, and a team player Able to stay calm and focused during busy periods Willing to work evenings and weekends Barista or cocktail experience but training can provided Forward thinking
