We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our team. As a vital part of our establishment, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive. Your role will involve managing reservations, greeting customers, and providing assistance throughout their visit.
Duties
Welcome and greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
Provide menus and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.
Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Assist in training new staff members as needed.
Experience
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
A passion for providing outstanding customer service is essential.
