Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is essential in creating a positive experience for all visitors while maintaining the operational efficiency of our front of house.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimise guest flow. Provide menus, take orders, and assist with any inquiries regarding food and beverage offerings. Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and reception. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain records as required. Assist in training new staff members on front of house procedures and customer service standards. Uphold health and safety regulations while maintaining a high standard of hygiene.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or food service. Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to engage with guests positively. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure efficient operations. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A team player who is adaptable and willing to learn new skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
