Pay Rate - 16.00 + Benefits after transferring across to client after 12 weeks
Location - Central London
Shift Timings - Full time, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
Administrative support- This includes tasks like managing post, circulating information, printing, photocopying, and maintaining record systems.
Customer service-Answering phone calls, addressing inquiries from the public and other stakeholders, and providing assistance where needed.
Information Management- Managing databases, updating systems, and ensuring accurate information is readily available
Record Management- Maintaining and updating files
Inventory management- Keeping track of supplies and stock levels
System administration-Updating permissions etc
Collaboration- Working with other parties and ensuring smooth operations
Strong computer skills- Ensuring you have full knowledge of Microsoft teams, Excel, Outlook and word
Excellent communication skills- Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and written
Customer service skills- Ability to provide friendly and helpful support to the public and internal stakeholders
Outstanding organisational skills- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload and meet deadlines
Attention to detail- Accuracy and thoroughness in record-keeping and administrative tasks.
Ability to work under pressure- Managing a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment.
All successful applicants must under go NPPV Level 2 vetting
