We're looking for a confident, guest-focused

Front of House Manager

to lead the day-to-day running of our reception and guest services team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll ensure a warm welcome, seamless check-in/check-out experiences, and consistently high standards of service. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines people management, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and support the front of house team to deliver exceptional service at all times Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of reception, concierge, and guest services Drive a culture of hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally Oversee scheduling, training, and performance of front office staff Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and reservation processes Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement improvements where needed Support the implementation of hotel brand standards and policies
