We are seeking

a FOH Manager to join our private surgery clinic, located in the heart of Hale Barns, Greater Manchester.

Contract Type

: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Shift Days

: Monday to Friday. Please be aware that working hours can change. We will require a flexible and reliable candidate who can also help on certain Saturdays in the month in lieu of a weekday.

Salary

: 28,500 per annum

About The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role at the heart of our new flagship Manchester clinic. You'll lead the front-of-house experience for our patients, manage a small team, and ensure the smooth running of daily operations. Every detail, from how the clinic looks to how patients are welcomed, will sit under your watch.

You'll be the bridge between our clinical, sales, and operations teams, ensuring that every patient receives a seamless, five-star journey from consultation to surgery day.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional welcome and patient experience from first arrival to discharge. Support consultations, acting as a patient chaperone and liaison throughout the journey. Manage front-of-house staff rotas, training, and performance standards. Maintain clinic presentation to the highest standard and oversee reception and supply management. Oversee daily utilities checks, appointment coordination, and operational spreadsheets. Liaise closely with Patient Coordinators, Nurses, and Surgeons to support daily lists and clinic flow. Take ownership of front-of-house procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions proactively. Participate in in-clinic filming and marketing initiatives where required (training provided).

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a clinic, aesthetic, or hospitality management setting (medical background desirable but not essential). Confident, well-presented, and highly organised, with an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A natural leader who thrives on responsibility and takes pride in maintaining excellence. Strong communication and administrative skills, with a calm and professional demeanour. A passion for exceptional patient care and delivering a flawless client journey.
