Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Assist in food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety standards at all times. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and beverages, including bartending duties when required. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with grace, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth service flow. Support catering events as needed, assisting with set-up, service, and clean-up.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn. Familiarity with food safety regulations is advantageous. Experience in bartending or food preparation is a plus, enhancing your ability to contribute effectively to our team. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role.
