We're now on the hunt for a

Front of House Manager

to lead our front-of-house team and help shape the guest experience every step of the way.

The Role

As Front of House Manager, you'll be the face of Seed - running the floor, driving service standards, and making sure every guest leaves happy. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role perfect for someone who thrives under pressure and loves the energy of a busy service.

Responsibilities include:

Managing daily front-of-house operations from service to close Leading, training, and motivating a passionate team Coordinating table service and bar transitions during peak hours Overseeing bookings, rotas, and shift planning Upholding licensing, hygiene, and safety standards Supporting events, private hires, and promotional nights

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced hospitality environment Excellent communication and team leadership skills Calm and confident under pressure - you set the tone on a busy shift A real passion for food, drink, and outstanding service Knowledge of cocktails and Spanish-style dining is a bonus
