Person Specification:



Detail oriented, you pick up on the smallest details about a guest and use that to tailor service. Calm and collected under pressure, with the ability to prioritise and adapt. Tackle challenges with a solution focused mindset. Excellent communication skills, you can share your thoughts in an engaging manner through different methods. Able to demonstrate leadership behaviours that convey confidence and command respect from others.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, manage, and motivate the front of house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Oversee daily operations of the reception, concierge, guest relations, and porter teams. Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures with minimal wait times and maximum guest satisfaction. Handle VIP guests, special requests, and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain strong communication with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments to ensure coordinated service delivery. Monitor performance standards and service quality, conducting regular training and coaching. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, brand standards, and company policies. Manage front office budgets, including forecasting, payroll, and cost control. Drive guest satisfaction scores and proactively implement service enhancements. Consistently exceed external benchmarks such as AA, Forbes and mystery guests.
