Front of House Manager Responsibilities
Oversee the on-going recruitment and training of Front of House team
Manage the safety and flow of all courses to ensure a unique and exceptional customer experience is provided
Manage the reception (Caddy Shack), external ticketing system and large group bookings to ensure a unique and exceptional experience is provided
Perform weekly stock (Golf equipment) audits and reports
Complete weekly stock orders in line with the company's budget
Act as an opening and closing manager where necessary
