45,000 to 48,000 per annum dependent on experience

We are seeking an exceptional Front of House Manager for our client, an award-winning business environment in Reading, Berkshire, renowned for its premium service and outstanding facilities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a 5 or 6 hotel background to lead, inspire, and deliver top-tier service.

The Front of House Manager is a senior role within the team and will not only be an ambassador for Green Park but will be responsible for the management of all Front of House operations ensuring that the team are trained to the highest standards, helping define the company's unique '6service' concept which sets Green Park apart from other organisations. You will also be familiar with different aspects and functions of the FOH operations and ensure that the client and all of the Park guests are accommodated in an excellent and professional manner.

About the Role:





As a Front of House Manager you will be responsible for:


Manage all front of house operations including, but not limited to, visitor management, documentation organisation, dress and deportment standards Meet tenants and occupiers to promote the Green Park offerings Ensure that the highest levels of service are always being offered to both the occupiers and the client Lead, monitor, motivate and inspire the team ensuring they too are Brand Ambassadors Manage people processes such as recruitment, training, rota requirements and staff inductions Support and manage events as appropriate. Aiming to go above and beyond wherever possible.

What we are looking for:




Proven experience managing and leading teams in a 5 or 6hotel environment. A magnetic personality with charisma, and ambition to deliver luxury-level service in a corporate environment A true brand ambassador, setting the highest service standards for both clients and guests Proven IT and organisational skills An understanding of how service delivery impacts the success of a business Successful management of team and client relationships
