Overview We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager to join our team in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production, restaurant management, and customer service. Responsibilities - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front of house - Manage and train staff on service standards and procedures - Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly - Coordinate with the kitchen team for efficient food preparation and delivery - Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the front of house area - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed - Implement and uphold food safety standards Requirements - Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry - Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices - Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with bartending or cooking is advantageous Join our team as a Front of House Manager and be part of a dynamic environment that values teamwork, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
