are the fastest growing Laser and Aesthetic clinic in the UK and currently looking for new staff to join our growing team.

Our principles are to provide quality and effective services using the very best technologies for hair removal, vein removal, micro-needling, mesotherapy, amongst other treatments

As Front of House, you will work closely with every member of the team ensuring the clinics run efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS FOR FRONT OF HOUSE:

To be highly organised and exceptional customer service skills Previous experience as a receptionist or Front of House position in the hair and/or Beauty industry is REQUIRED To have an interest in and knowledge of the beauty industry A confident person who can work well within a team, and motivate others to sell treatment courses and advise clients on products. A polite person with an upbeat personality A professional telephone manner Be able to deal with pressured situations Strong client-facing skills Be prepared to work individually, as well as part of a large team Be able to take instructions Have incredible attention to detail NOTE: THIS IS NOT A MANAGERIAL POSITION

Salary: 12.50-13.50 per hour

Ideally looking for Thursday, Friday, Saturday with availability to cover on alternative days. Training may take place on alternative days of the week so that you can learn from other members of staff.

Experience:

Front of house in the beauty industry: 1 year (preferred)
