We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team, the ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in person.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer phone calls promptly and manage clients inquests appropriately empathising with customers and asking right questions to get information to effectively aid in the physiotherapists job of completing their plan of care and reaching their goals.
Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.
Manage scheduling and appointments.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including managing correspondence with clients and developing good communication lines with potential and current customers.
Maintain an organised front desk area to ensure a professional environment.
Ideal candidate will have sales experience in order to help clients understand the value of physiotherapy and how it can help them with their goals.
Experience
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for interacting with clients and colleagues.
Familiarity with clerical tasks such as data entry and record keeping is advantageous.
Sales experience highly preferential
