The Opportunity:

We're looking for a confident, approachable

Front of House Receptionist

to be the friendly face of Ormeau Clinical Trials. This is a role for someone who loves meeting people, making a great first impression and creating a warm, professional welcome for every visitor.

You'll be:

Greeting patients and guests with a smile Making visitors feel comfortable Handling calls and appointment queries Keeping reception looking welcoming at all times Offering refreshments and light hospitality Supporting the team with small daily tasks

You are:

Friendly, confident and well presented Great at conversation and putting people at ease Organised and reliable Comfortable with basic computer skills (email, Word, Outlook) Good literacy and numeracy skills (GCSEs including a grade C or above in English and Maths) Experienced in reception, hospitality, or customer service (desirable but not essential)
