We are looking for a vibrant, experienced and enthusiastic
Front of House Receptionist to work across all our
Clinics
: assisting the busy clinics and covering Annual Leave across our sites when people are away. Job description:
As the first point of contact both over the phone and in person, you are personally responsible for providing a 1st Class Customer Service to our patients. Within the clinic you are a pivotal part of the team, liaising between patients and physiotherapists to ensure everyone has what they need. You will support the Practice Managers and Clinic Directors whilst covering.
Salary:
Starts at 27,000
Experience:
Front of House experience preferred An understanding of IT systems Training will be provided over 2 weeks
This role is 37.5hrs across 4 days, with a rota that goes out the week before showing where you will be working. You are entitled to 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays.
