Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers with enthusiasm, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries face to face and over the phone, taking payments etc.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the front of house area.
Collaborate with other team members in maintaining client care.
Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining records of sales and assisting with end-of-day reconciliations.
Requirements
Previous experience in client care.
Strong customer service skills with a passion for providing an excellent client experience.
Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.

Monday (7.5 hours), Thursday (5 hours) Friday (9.5 hours) and every other Saturday (5 hours, 8.30am - 1.30pm) Flexibility is a must.
