McKeown Medical has built a reputation for excellence in aesthetic medicine and aesthetic surgery and is now expanding into wider private healthcare at the luxury end of the market. As the first person our patients meet, you will play a key role in setting the tone for their journey with us. The role combines reception duties, patient coordination and administrative support for the wider clinical team. You will ensure every patient is welcomed, looked after, and guided smoothly through their appointment, from arrival to departure.
This is a rapidly growing and expanding business with the opportunity for significant career progression with demonstration of excellence on the job. You would be based in our city centre office and work 5 days - 4 weekdays + every Saturday.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Welcoming all patients and visitors to the clinic and ensuring a premium front of house experience
Managing check-in and check-out processes, including payments and appointment scheduling
Handling inbound calls, enquiries and email correspondence in a professional and reassuring manner
Supporting the patient journey by maintaining clear communication with clinicians and the patient relationship team
Presenting clinic services in a confident and informative way when appropriate
Assisting with patient paperwork and record keeping
Preparing consultation rooms and maintaining a clean and organised reception environment
Providing administrative support to the clinical and management team as required
Delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint in line with McKeown Medical's brand standards
Package and Rewards
28,000 - 30,000 depending on experience

28 days annual leave
40 hours per week split over 5 days - 4 weekdays + every Saturday.
