We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanour, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive experience for all who enter our establishment.

Responsibilities



Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner. Check in and check out Process reservations Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as necessary. Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication within the organisation.

Skills



Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail. Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and telecommunication systems. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. A friendly and approachable personality with a customer-focused mindset. Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is advantageous but not essential.
