Front of House Receptionist - 0 hour contract + Monthly Tronc.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our hotel family at Talland Bay Hotel as a core member of our Front of House Reception Team.

As we are a family, everybody is included, therefore, all team members are valued & part of the team. We are looking for someone who is reliable, approachable and friendly, who can work well as part of a team, as well as by themselves.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who can execute tasks effectively and efficiently. Experience in a similar environment is needed, the right candidate will need to be able to complete day to day tasks including - respond to emails in an efficient and professional manner, have excellent communication skills, answer phone calls, take table reservations and room bookings, as well as greet and welcome our guests in a friendly, but professional way, maintain a clean and organised desk and perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and data entry.

Weekly shifts will depend on rota-ing however, the main responsible days will be Monday/Tuesday/Saturday 8-3.

We are advertising this job role as a 0 Hour contract, however, we always ensure staff are looked after & agreements are in place.
