As an apprentice, you will learn to manage appointment bookings, greet and assist clients, handle phone calls, and support the daily operations of the salon. Responsibile for:
Phone handling
Bookings
Mail and orders handling
Customer service
Greet clients with a warm and welcoming attitude
Manage appointment bookings and scheduling
Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
Assist with administrative tasks and maintain salon cleanliness
Support the team with various salon duties
Directing clients to their stylists
Reception/Frontdesk Operations
Serving coffee and tea to the clients in the waiting room
