As a Front of House Receptionist at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons you will deliver excellence within our guest experience with every interaction. Ensuring our guests have a truly memorable stay though the experience you and our team provide.

Primary Responsibilities Include

Friendly and efficient check in and check out of the highest standard. Answering all guest enquiries. Providing information about the hotel and the local area to our guests. Supporting the rest of the Front of House team to provide an excellent welcome and departure experience for all of our guests and visitors.
