Front of House Reception
We run a successful Pilates & Health Hub company in Richmond. This role is inherently intrapreneurial: you'll help run the business from behind the scenes--coordinating Pilates teachers, handling client communications, supporting with marketing requirements, and keeping the Health Hub running smoothly.
Working hours
Mon-Fri, 8:30 am-4:30 pm.o Flexibility will be expected to support business requirements.o This will be a Self-Employed role; therefore, all taxes and NI will be your responsibility.
Key responsibilities
Front-of-house reception: greet clients, manage bookings, and handle enquiries.o Coordinate schedules between teachers and clients; keep daily operations on track.o Manage social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google Business): plan/schedule posts, respond to DMs/comments, and track basic performance.o Manage daily emails and tasks set by the CEO to support the business. o General admin: payment follow-ups, Invoicing, filing, and maintaining a tidy, professional reception area.o Support the CEO in a PA Capacity. o Support our Health Consultants who operate within the Hub and support their visiting clients.

Technologically proficient, well?spoken, and strong social skills.o Marketing skills required: basic copywriting, content scheduling, and familiarity with simple design tools (e.g., Canva) or analytics dashboards.o Proactive, organised, and eager to learn how a growing business operates.o Health?conscious and aligned with our mission of helping clients get results.o Friendly, approachable manner.
