Anabas Welcome is currently seeking to employ an experienced Receptionist to carry out reception duties to provide an exceptional client experience through the delivery of their duties to one of our prestigious clients in the central London. A high standard of service delivery is expected, and you will have the ability to understand what is needed to ensure our client requirements are met.

lary of 34,728 and 28 days holiday a year which includes bank holiday)

Your responsibilities will include:

Greet all visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate LME contact Register visitors and contractors via the visitor management system Issue and record temporary, visitor and contractor access passes Provide reports to facilities team of temporary pass use/issue Meeting rooms: Manage and book meeting rooms as required by requester Daily visual checks to ensure that all rooms are in default layout or setup in the layout as requested by booker Escalate, if necessary, with the Facilities manager of the prioritisation of client meetings over internal meetings Inform the facilities team and IT team of any configuration of room Setting up, delivering and clearing of catering refreshments including breakfast and lunches Ordering of catering refreshments

Make sure that stock levels of the hospitality consumables, cookery, cutlery and other utensils are sufficient Liaise with meeting room organisers

You will be required to have:

Good level of general experience in a similar role. Must have the ability to work in a proactive manner with the minimum of supervision Must have the ability to work as part of a team Good organisational skills Good communication skills Ability to prioritise workload
