Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing a warm and professional welcome
Confidently call and engage warm leads to convert inquiries into appointments
Provide detailed information about our treatments and services, highlighting benefits to potential clients
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and book appointments efficiently and accurately
Greet clients, offer refreshments, and ensure they have a pleasant experience
Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system (Go High Level) with client interactions
Support the clinic team in day-to-day administrative duties and maintain a clean, organised reception area
Requirements
Proven experience in a front-of-house or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
