As a Server/Waitress/Waiter, your key responsibilities will include:
Maintaining Expertise
: Stay up-to-date with our current menus and continuously enhance your product knowledge.
Exemplary Customer Service
: Assist the rest of the team in providing excellent customer service that goes above and beyond our guests' expectations.
Wine Expertise:
Amuse boasts an exceptional list of wines, and as part of your role, you'll have the opportunity to learn about our impressive wine selection and provide guests with top-notch wine service. Full and ongoing training will be provided to ensure you have the knowledge and confidence to curate a memorable wine experience for our diners.
Table Maintenance
: Ensure that tables are cleared promptly and set up with the appropriate cutlery and settings for each course.

: Display enthusiasm at all times, both with customers and your colleagues, fostering a positive and vibrant work environment.

Amuse by Kevin Dalgleish opened in July 2022. With many years of experience in cooking-eating, we have come to understand the importance that each element has in a restaurant, and all are equally important to us. Our aim in the kitchen, and front of house, is to deliver great pleasure in the restaurant. At Amuse we aim to achieve this through serving pure, seasonal, ingredient led dishes which are packed full of flavour in warm, friendly and relaxed surroundings.
