Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation. Assist with food preparation as required, adhering to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns promptly. Handle catering orders and special requests with professionalism and care. Provide barista services, preparing coffee and other beverages to high standards.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Familiarity with catering services is advantageous. Skills in food preparation and knowledge of food safety practices are essential. Experience as a barista or in serving roles will be beneficial for applicants. A strong commitment to customer service excellence is required, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Pay: From 12.50 per hour
