The Willow tree at the country club is an exciting business with an already excellent team & customer base. We have a large newly refurbished restaurant. We also host weddings, conferences and events throughout the year. We are looking for experienced and talented new staff with previous hospitality experience to continue pushing this growing business further.

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House for serving both meals in our bistro, or also on our bar for the weekend functions. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable from start to finish. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks, including serving food and beverages, assisting with catering events, and maintaining the cleanliness of the front of house area.

Duties



Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards of service. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Support catering events by setting up and breaking down service areas as required. Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Provide barista services when necessary, preparing coffee and other beverages to high standards.

Requirements



Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Experience in catering or serving roles is advantageous. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. A positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction. Barista experience is a plus, particularly for those interested in beverage preparation. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. Join us as we strive to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests!
We are looking for a number of new staff members ranging from part time to near full time. We have hours available any where between 8-30 hours per week. Additional overtime also available.

We will provide full training and teach you everything you need to know to give you the skills and opportunity to grow and progress in your role.

Salary: From 8.50 -12.50 per hour depending on age and experience.

Potential for progression in the next few months.
