This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including bartending, food running, taking orders and payments, greeting customers and assisting with catering needs. Duties
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer preferences are noted.
Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and address any customer concerns promptly.
Adhere to food safety protocols to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are maintained at all times.
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
Skills in bartending are highly advantageous.
A strong understanding of food safety practices is beneficial for maintaining compliance with health regulations.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment are essential for this role.
A proactive attitude towards helping others and providing outstanding customer service is crucial for success in this position.
